Are you looking for a spacious venue for your meetings, gatherings or events of any kind ? The main hall at Centre Placet is a multi-purpose space of 284m² that can accommodate up to 218 people, available for rent, supplied with UCLouvain's optical fibre.

You can hold association, academic, family or sports activities there. Preferential prices are granted to associations that are partners in Centre Placet projects, to UCLouvain student kots, as well as to the Centre Placet residents for their collective or private activities.

Centre Placet is a venue for events related to North-South relations and interculturality (conferences, film screenings, intercultural meals, etc.) and for events organised by communities of different nationalities.

The main hall is also available for events related to UCLouvain.

Requests for private renting will be assessed according to availability and the purpose of the activity.

Rental rates

The rental prices for the main hall differ according to : 

The purpose of your activity;
The organizations that rents the space;

Rental guarantee of €200 for an occupation.
