The development of Centre Placet 2019-2022 strategic plan was intended to put our activities into perspective and question our activities in relation to the raison d'être of our association.
was also an opportunity to mobilise the team around the mission of our association, giving a broader meaning to their daily activities. The previous strategic plan of Centre Placet covered the period of 2014-2016.
The process of drawing up the plan was a participative and co-construction approach involving the various stakeholders, each with a role defined from the beginning of the work: the team (providing input), the Management (steering), the Board of Directors (input and validation of the proposal to be presented to the GA) and the GA (validation of the plan).
Similarly, external stakeholders were also involved in drawing up the plan. At the very beginning of the work, in order to question our representations of the concepts underlying the missions of the Association (interculturality, social action). Later, to give feedback on the first draft of the plan by completing the internal analysis with contextual inputs or suggestions.
